Magnesium is a fundamental mineral because it helps to produce the essential energy to the body. The absolute magnesium is a magnesium carbonate in a citrate formulation, that is the most assimilar solution that is assumed by the organism. Adding vitamin B1 contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Daily dose rate (1 teaspoon=2 g): Magnesium carbonate (equal to Mg 300 mg, 80% RDA*), vitamin B1 (Tiamin) 1.4 mg (127% RDA*). Acidifier: Citric acid.

Mode of use
For proper integration we recommend taking 1 teaspoon of product per day dissolved in water.
