Mode of use
We recommend 3-4 capsules per day, preferably far from meals.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years.
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
If you are taking medications, in particular anticoagulants or antiplatelet, consult your doctor before taking the product; hyperic extract can interfere with the metabolism of drugs by inhibiting activity.
Contraindicated in pregnancy, breastfeeding, pediatric and adolescence.
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
