Description
Withania Somnifera (fam. Solanacea) is a plant of Indian tradition used as a tonic for all ages and to strengthen reproductive functions both in men and women. In Ayurvedic medicine it is also known as Indian ginseng as it is traditionally used as a tonic to increase energy, promote general health and longevity. Recent studies have emphasized its relaxing and calming activity at the nervous level but also of support of the immune system and of help in the situations of stress and fall of energies.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle is recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place. Do not disperse the container in the environment after use.
