The bacopa helps relaxation, promotes cognitive functions and memory.
Tiamina contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, energy metabolism and heart function. Copper, Niacin, vitamin C, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, biotin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and energy metabolism.
Zinc and vitamin C contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and promote the normal function of the immune system. Zinc also contributes to normal cognitive function.
Vitamin B12, Niacin, Folic Acid, Vitamin B6 and vitamin C help reduce fatigue and fatigue.

From three years on 1 sachet per day to melt in 100 ml of water before the main meal.
