Ingredients
Charging agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; maca (Lepidium meyenii Walp.) root e.s. tit. 1.5% beta-ecdisterone, tribulus (Tribulus terrestris L.) fruit e.s. tit. 40% saponins, zinc gluconate; coating agents: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, talc; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; colorants: calcium carbonate, indigotin; tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) fruit e.s. 10% lycopene, vitamin D (calciferol); stabilizer: glycerol; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid).

Mode of use
It is recommended to take up to two tablets a day, preferably in the morning, with abundant water.
