Description
Food supplement based on medicinal plants with Magnesium and vitamins of group B. Griffonia and Hyperico promote the normal tone of mood, relaxation and mental well-being.

Griffon [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] dry extract seeds 20% 5'-hydroxytriptophan 35%, hyperico (Hypericum perforatum L.) flowers titolate 0.3% hypericin 23%, magnesium chelate 15,85%, cariofillata (Geum urbanum L.) root 15%, vitamin B6 0.95%, inositol 0.20%; thickeners: Arabic rubber (Acacia Senegal Willd.) 5%, microcrystalline cellulose 5%, magnesium stearate.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet before breakfast and 1 tablet before dinner, equal to 1.0 g per day, corresponding to 100% vitamin B6 VNR, 35% magnesium VNR and 0.69 mg hypericin.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
If you take medications, before using the product ask for medical advice because the hyperic extract may interfere with their metabolism by inhibiting the activity.
Hyperic extract is contraindicated in pediatric age and adolescence.
