Description
Food supplement of vitamins, minerals and plant extracts. Magnesium, together with thiamin, contribute to normal psychological function and physiological energy metabolism. Riboflavin and copper help the nervous system to function physiologically, also contribute to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue. Zinc contributes to the normal cognitive function and protection of cells from oxidative stress. Griffonia contributes to the maintenance of normal tone of mood, sleep and, together with ashwaganda, relaxation and mental well-being; it also helps control the sense of hunger. The dry extract of ashwaganda, tonic-adaptogen, is useful for physical and mental fatigue and for the natural defenses of the organism. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep.

Charge officer: microcrystalline cellulose; ashwaganda [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] root root e.s. tit. 1.5% in whitanolides, magnesium oxide, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seeds e.s. tit. 95% in 5-hydroxy-triptophan (5-HTP); coating agents: hydropropylmethylcellulose, talc, polyethyleneglycol; anti-agglomerating agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; zinc glutanate, copper glutanate, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (tyamine hydrochloride), melatonin; colorants: titanium dioxide, riboflavin, oxides and iron hydroxides.

Without gluten and without lactose.

Mode of use
Take 1 tablet daily, to swallow with a glass of water.
The maximum dose is 1 tablet depending on the maximum/day intake of melatonin (1 mg/day dose).

Warnings
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, away from light and/or heat sources. The minimum term of preservation refers to the correctly stored product in an integral package.
