ADONAT SAME (S-adenosil-L-methionine disulphate p-toluenesulphonate), capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; stabilizer: gellane gum); anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; QUATREFOLIC (5-methyl-tetrahydrofolate calcium salt), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), Lactobacillus helveticus LH76, Bifidobacterium longum BL21.

Without gluten and without lactose.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day preferably in the morning.
