Ingredients
Powder of: Ashvagandha [Somnifera (L.) Dunal.] radix, Centella (Asian Centella.Herba, Brahmi [Bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennell] folium; stabilizers: arabic gum, magnesium salts of fatty acids (stearic); antiagglomerating: magnesium silicate.

Mode of use
2 tablets half an hour before the two main meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.
