Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sachets a day, preferably in the morning, to be dissolved directly in the mouth or to dilute in water, juices or yogurt.

Warnings
Contains caffeine (16.8 mg/2 sachets). Not recommended for children, pregnant and nursing. Do not exceed the recommended doses. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and should be used in a healthy lifestyle.
