Ingredients
Omega-3 fatty acids derived from fish oil, gelatin, coconut oil, L-ascorbic acid, lutein 20 % (from Tagetes erecta), humidifying: glycerine 99.5% (E422); D-alpha-tocopherol, zinc oxide, copper sulphate, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin (E322); zeaxanthin 14 % (from Tagetes erecta), riboflavin, dyes: oxides and iron hydroxides (E172).

Mode of use
Take one capsule daily, preferably during meals, swallow whole without chewing it with a abundant amount of liquid.
