Hydroxymethylcarbonate calcium; casing: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; L-theanine, grapefruit (Citrus paradisi Macfad., seeds) e.s. 50% bioflavonoids; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; lactobacillus rhamnosus SGL06 tidalized (contains lactose and casein(continued) lactose and casein), lactobacillus acidophilus SGL11 tindalized.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take two capsules daily, one in the morning and one in the evening, with a glass of water or other suitable liquid.
