Ingredients
Ispagula teguments powder (Plantago ovata F., 8.3 g/2 sachets), inulin powder and oligofruttosio (8.3 g/2 sachets), fig fruit powder (figs) (Ficus load L, 1.6 g/ 2 sachets); acidifier: citric acid; antiagglomerants: sodium bicarbonate; natural aroma, dry elder fruit extract (Sambucus nigra L., 66 mg/2 sachets).

Mode of use
Pour the powder into a plentiful glass of water, mix well and drink quickly.
Adults: 1-2 sachets per day depending on your needs.
Children from 6 to 12 years: 1 bag per day.
Children from 3 to 6 years: it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
