Description
99% pure psyllium fiber and lattitol supplement, with sweetener.
The lattitol contained in Psyllogel Fast contributes to normal intestinal functions thanks to increased evacuation frequency. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 10 g lattitol contained in a stick.
The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fast is useful for:
- promote regularity of intestinal transit;
- promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.
1 stick of Psyllogel Fast powder brings 10 g lattitol and 3.6 g pure psyllium fiber to 99%.

Ingredients
Lattitol (contains lactose), Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk. tegumentum seminis) seed e.s. pure to 99%; acidifier: citric acid; aroma, black carrot (Daucus carrot L.) root e.s.; eulcorant: sucralose; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sticks of Psyllogel Fast per day before bedtime (or according to the doctor/pharmaceutical). Psyllogel Fast must be taken with adequate amounts of water: pour the content of a stick in a glass (250 ml), fill with non-carbonated natural water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Warnings
Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product has laxative effects. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Also suitable in pregnancy.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, sheltered from light, moisture and heat sources. The minimum term of preservation refers to the correctly stored product in an integral package.
