The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
- promote regularity of intestinal transit through the formation of soft and sliding feces;
- promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora;
- help slow nutrient absorption and promote the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
4 bags of Psyllogel Fibra powder provide 12 g pure psyllium fiber to 99%.

Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk., tegumentum seminis) seed e.s. pure to 99%, maltodextrin, aroma; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; eulcorante: sucralosio.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 bags of Psyllogel Fibra NEUTRO per day, at any time of the day or according to the doctor/pharmaceuticals opinion. Psyllogel Fibra NEUTRO must be taken with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of a sachet into a drink glass (200 ml), fill with non-gased natural water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Warnings
Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Also suitable in pregnancy. It does not contain lactose sources.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, sheltered from light, moisture and heat sources. The minimum term of preservation refers to the correctly stored product in an integral package.
