It can also be used in a vegan and vegetarian diet.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 envelopes per day, at any time of the day, starting from breakfast, in the first and second or as snack, drinking abundantly.
Intake of the product promotes proper intestinal transit.
CruscaSohn with Psyllium can be cluttered such as, or added to milk, yogurt or used in the preparation of both sweet and salty foods.

Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
The product is also indicated within a hypocaloric diet in conjunction with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, more than three weeks, it is recommended to feel the medical advice.
