CLINTON

Medical device class IIa. Powder laxative for oral solution based on Macrogol 4000. It is particularly indicated in chronic constipation; is equally indicated in the case of occasional irregular bowel. Thanks to its affinity for water, softens the feces by facilitating evacuation. This encourages a sense of well-being and relief. It does not cause either cramps or abdominal pain or urgency. Its effectiveness is not reduced over time.
It does not contain excipients or flavourings.
No sugar.

Mode of use
Melt the powder by mixing in any drink. 10 g of powder should be dissolved in at least 125 ml (increasing at 150 ml in pediatric age) of any hot drink, such as tea, herbal teas, milk, broth or juice. The product does not alter the taste of the drink. Drink the solution so reconstituted. It is recommended to take away from meals.
For its safety features, it allows a wide dosage flexibility.
Adults and children weighing more than 20 kg: 10 g, 1-3 times a day, according to the individual response. To achieve a faster effect, the maximum daily dose (30 g) can be taken in one administration. In case of prolonged use, the dose may be reduced to 10 g 1- 2 times a day, even at alternate days, preferably in the evening.
Children up to 20 kg: the dosage is measured by body weight. It is therefore recommended to use the 200 g bottle of powder with spoon dispenser that allows you to customize the dose according to the actual needs of the child until you get soft feces. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage of 30 g.

Warnings
Do not take in case of: hypersensitivity known to macrogol; drilling and/or gastrointestinal obstruction.
Pregnant and breastfeeding the product should be used after prescription.
There are no known interactions with drugs but it is appropriate that the intake of the product should be spaced at least 2 hours from that of oral drugs.
Occasionally, abdominal abdominal distension and/or nausea can be detected by continuing use. Rare cases of allergic reactions (rash, hives): in this case suspend the use of the product and inform your physician or pharmacist.
In case of overdose, diarrhea can be manifested, spontaneously resolved by the suspension of the product.
