Description
Benefibra is a food supplement based on vegetable fiber PHGG ( partially hydrolyzed gum Guar) with a high fiber content (5 g per daily dose), which promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.

Purified water, soluble fiber PHGG 8.3%, aroma; stabilizers: maltitol, sorbitol; preservatives: sorbate potassium, benzoate sodium: acidifiers: citric acid; eulcorants: acesulphame K.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 envelope per day, preferably in the morning, for cycles of at least 4 weeks. It can be taken as it is, with the addition of water, mixed with juices or yogurt.
