Tank cap: maltodextrin; live lactic ferments: Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04, Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001, Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14; corn starch; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; acid (6S)-5-Metiltetraidrofolic, salt of glucosamine (folic screed), vitamin D (colecalciferol), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Mode of use
- Children: 1 bottle.
- Adults: 1-2 bottles per day.

Screw the cap until the end of the race. Shake well (about 10 seconds) the bottle. Avoid cap and drink content.
