Description
Innovative low environmental impact patch with support made of a bioresine-based film: these substances derived from potato starch, 100% biocomposable, come from low water absorption agricultural crops and are particularly environmentally friendly. Resistant to water, adheres perfectly (like a second skin), protects the wound from external agents and favors the healing process while keeping the environment humid under the dressing without causing maceration.
The support is water resistant, soft and anatomical, characterized by rounded corners for better product conformationability and a significant increase in comfort for the user. The central part is widened to ensure maximum protection even close to the central buffer. It can be biodegraded in short time in composting systems.
The central swab is soft, absorbent and has rounded corners to better fit the wound. It does not contain preservatives.
It guarantees high adhesiveness while being a delicate patch that respects the skin thanks to an innovative glue free of natural rubber latex and solvent-free: its formulation does not generate toxic wastes and harmful agents that impat on the manufacturing industry and disperse in the environment.
The packaging is ecological, because it consists entirely of recycled cardboard. Anti-handling case for greater consumer protection and equipped with hangers for exposure.
To facilitate the choice of the most suitable format, on the back of the astucci is shown in scale 1:1 the shape of the plaster. The product is a medical device belonging to class I second Directive 93/42/EEC.
