Ligasano

How to use:
- post-op medicine: depending on the wound, it is used Ligasano of the thickness from 0.5 to 2cm, and it is cut in order to cover the wound for 3-4 cm beyond the edges. It is fixed with a slight pressure to adapt to any irregularities of the wound and to ensure contact with it. The secretions produced are absorbed by Ligasano thus avoiding secondary infections. The replacement must be performed at the latest when the secretion appears visible on the surface of the dressing.
- Treatment of ulcers: the ulcer is bottled by Ligasano and then covered with a further layer of Ligasano in order to cross the edges of 3-4 cm. Then proceed as for postoperative medications. Thus, a mechanical effect is obtained, in synchronicity with the movement of the body, which acts on the wound by stimulating the emission of the secret, the absorption of germs and an accelerated granulation.
- Treatment of crude ulcer: the foil of Ligasano is applied according to the configuration of the ulcer, always exceeding 3-4 cm the edges of the lesion. On the venous ulcer, a robust elastic bandage is applied, starting from the metatarse, which intensifies on the one hand the mechanical effect of Ligasano, also improves venous reflux. On the other hand, in the arterial ulcer, you must give up this additional wrapping. In this case Ligasano is fixed with a modest compression, for example with patch stripes or with a gauze bandage. They are also very suitable for the purpose of the Ligasano bandages that do not move even if the bandage is loose, and that also exercise on the whole leg a stimulation of blood spraying.
- Treatment of extensive injuries (ustioni- escoriazioni): this type of injury is treated with Ligasano mainly for the mechanical fastening that it exercises at the level of the supporting parts of the body.

Features:
available in different shapes and sizes, from support 2x1 m to tablets and bandages. It can be cut with scissors and brought to any shape and size required: the edges will always remain smooth. It can be superimposed in different layers that do not move and maintain absorbent power to the last layer. It is available both in sterile and non sterile form.
