Medical device CE class III sterilized with gamma rays.
Sterile medication for surgical wounds, contuse lacero wounds and abrasions, containing silver ions to antimicrobial activity.
The dressing consists of 3 layers:
- the internal swab, to be directly contacted with the suture line consists of nonwoven fabric containing Hydrofiber® Technology. Thanks to its peculiar texture, the Hydrofiber® buffer micro-conforms to the suture line providing adequate comfort to the patient. In addition, in the presence of exudate, the internal buffer freezes, absorbs and retains the exudate product, always maintaining the optimal environment necessary for the process of tissue repair. The presence of silver ions, guarantees a high antimicrobial activity in broad spectrum.
- The hydrocolloidal component in double lamina, which contains the Hydrofiber® buffer, allows a sustained adhesion to the perilesional skin ensuring also the flexibility necessary to minimize the risk of dislocation or detachment of the dressing during movements.
- The outer coating layer, consisting of a polyurethane film, protects the wound from contamination and allows the management of water vapour transmission resulting from the absorbed exudate.

How to use
It must be used as a primary medicine. Choose the appropriate size, such that the central tampon always covers the entire suture rhyme. Apply carefully ensuring full adherence to the skin. The dressing must be removed when clinically indicated or in the presence of unmanaged abundant exudate, bleeding, clinical signs of infection, and however not more than 7 days from the first application.

Chemical-physical composition
Sterile Medication consisting of hydrocolloid foil and polyurethane film with absorbent central buffer based on non-woven fibers of sodium carboxyethylcellulose (Hydrofiber® Technology) and ionic silver (1.2%) contained elastane and nylon.
