RECTAL CANNULA
SUMMARY

Medical device CE.
Cannula rectal for infants, 100% medical grade platinic silicone, indicated to facilitate the evacuation of air and feces from the intestine of newborns.
Made of biocompatible and water repellent material. Easily washable. Not sterile, does not contain latex, does not contain phthalates.
Available in different diameters (4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm). Length 10 cm.

How to use
• Before each use provide cleaning and sanitation of the product.
• Gently introduce the tip of the cannula, from the lower diameter, into the anus of the newborn.
• Extract the device with maximum delicacy.

Contraindications
Do not use in subjects with proven silicone sensitivity.

Warnings
Check your device carefully before use to check any damage and wear. Do not use damaged products. Carefully avoid the device to contact sharp and pungent objects that could damage it. Avoid contact of the device with solvents, oils and fats.

Cleaning and Disinfection
• After each use, remove any external and internal residues under current water.
• Dip the product into a cleansing/disinfecting solution (to determine the concentration follow the indications of the detergent manufacturer/disinfectant).
• Make sure that the entire interior surface of the cannula is in contact with the disinfectant solution.
• Rinse the device under running water, taking care to direct the jet of water even inside the cannula lumen.
• Dry carefully, possibly vertically and still far from heat sources.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry environment, sheltered from sunlight and artificial and heat sources.
