Indications of use
Hematomas, sprains, traumas, hyperthermias and all cases where cryotherapy and cold use are needed.

Mode of use
Press with both hands towards the center until you get the break of the inner bubble. Shake the bag to mix the contents. Apply to the affected part.

Warnings
It is a disposable product. Do not break the bag and do not cause the leak of the content. If that happens, you should immediately resort to medical intervention. Do not apply on skin. In case of cardiovascular disease, circulatory, diabetes and/or skin hypersensitivity (Raynaud syndrome) use the product only after consulting the doctor. In case of use on infants, children and elderly, consult your doctor before treatment. In case of doubt about the treatment to be done and if the symptomatology persists, consult the doctor.
It is a product exclusively for external use.
Keep out of reach of children.
