Aminogam spray is a medical device made in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC MDD. The product contains hyaluronic acid, the main component of connective tissue and collagen amino acids. Aminogam spray supports the process of tissue regeneration to facilitate fast healing of injury areas and the contemporary reduction of pain. The particular spray formulation allows the easy application even in the areas of the mouth most difficult to reach.
It is a fluid characterized by high biocompatibility that explicates a protective action by favoring faster tissue regeneration and, stimulating the growth of fibroblasts, facilitates the physiological reepitelization of the lesa area.
Fields of use.
Oral surgery (protection of surgical wounds and sutures).
Extractive surgery (regeneration of alveol and prevention of post-extractive alveolites).
Regenerative surgery, parodontal and implant.
Preprotestinal and orthodontic surgery.
Major and minor laser surgery.
Orthodontic trauma and prosthetics.
Protection of vital monconies in patients oon fixed prostheses and with tooth hypersensitivity.
Erosive and ulcerative lesions of the oral mucosa of various etiology (mucositi, afte, ulcerative-bollose lesions type pemfigo, etc.).

Mode of use
Before treatment make proper oral hygiene and thoroughly rinse the oral cable. Direct the applicator's tip on the lesion areas and spray several times in a homogeneous manner until it covers the entire area concerned with a uniform layer. It is advisable not to take food and drink or rinse your mouth for at least an hour after application.
Apply a uniform layer by spraying several times until covering the entire area concerned. The application can be repeated several times a day (three-four) in relation to the extent of symptomatology. The treatment can be repeated for 34 weeks until the disappearance of symptoms. Protracted use over 30 days must be carried out under the control of the doctor.

Components
Purified water, sodium hyaluronate, glycine, l-proline, l-leucine, l-lisine hydrochloride, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate salt sodium, propylene glycol, EDTA tetrasodium.

Warnings
The product does not tend to fill the dispenser, however, it is good to remove product residues from the applicator by detersion with wet gauze after each use.
It is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity ascertained towards the components.
No known overdose phenomena.
No known side effects.
There are no known interactions with drugs and medicinal substances.
Although no secondary effects are known in case of pregnancy and lactation, the doctor is asked to prescribe the application.
Aminogam spray is a product characterized by high tolerability, however local reactions can rarely occur due to hypersensitivity phenomena, intended to resolve spontaneously.
The expiry refers to the closed and properly preserved product.
Do not use after the expiry date.

Do not use if the package is open or damaged.
Do not use in case of proven hypersensitivity to components.

Conservation
Aminogam spray must be kept at a temperature between 8°C and 10°C. Do not store in the fridge. Store in a cool and dry place, sheltered from moisture and heat sources.
