Description
Food supplement based on iron, folic acid (folate) and vitamins C and B12.
Supplementary intake of folic acid increases maternal folate status. In women, the beneficial effect is achieved by daily intake of 400 micrograms for at least one month before and up to three months after conception. Folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissues in pregnancy and to normal emopoiesi.
Iron contributes to normal cognitive function and normal energy metabolism, to normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body. Along with folate and vitamin B12, it contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue.
Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.
Vitamin B12 also contributes to the normal formulation of red blood cells.

Iron l-pidolatrous, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) to 0.1%, pteroil-monoglutamic acid (folic acid); colorants: copper complexes of chlorofillines.

Mode of use
For proper integration it is recommended to take a capsule daily on a full stomach, to swallow with plenty of water.
