Folic Acid can contribute to the growth of maternal tissues in pregnancy and supports normal hemopoiesis while the Iron of Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 help the normal formation of red blood cells. Omega 3 (EPA and DHA) are a category of essential fatty acids present in cell membranes useful in maintaining their integrity.
