Description
Sterile solution, without preservatives, for ophthalmic use. Hylo Care serves for lubrication and as an adjuvant in the care of the damaged surface of the eye, determined by dry eye or surgical interventions.
In order for the eye to remain healthy, the external, conjunctive and cornea fabrics must always be damp. Only in this way does the eye work correctly and do not arise disturbances. If, staying in a dry environment or with air conditioning, under the action of the wind or the sun or at the end of a long day, you will feel burning, itching, feeling of fatigue and eye dryness, this can be an indication of poor eye lubrication. In this case it is recommended to apply Hylo Care to intensively humidify the eye and restore the natural moisture balance.
Hylo Care contains sodium salt of hyaluronic acid, a physiological substance present in the eye and other parts of the body. Hyaluronate sodium has the peculiarity of forming on the surface of the eye a homogeneous and lasting lubricating film, which is not quickly eliminated. Therefore, the moistening effect lasts for a long time, without the sight being compromised. That is why Hylo Care can be used without problems during the day, contrary to ophthalmic ointments whose use during the day is not recommended because of their fat consistency, which causes visual mistage. Moreover, Hylo Care contains dexpantenol, which belongs to the vast group of vitamins B. This component meets the need for the eye of intense regeneration and promotes the lubricating action of sodium hyaluronate. Hylo Care provides immediate relief to irritated eyes, refreshes them and keeps them healthy.

Composition
1 ml Hylo Care contains 1 mg of sodium hyaluronate, dexpantenol, anidro citric acid, citrate sodium and water for injectable preparations.

Mode of use
(1) Remove the cap before use. To remove the cap, hold it steady with one hand and with the other, rotate the bottle bringing it down. Before the first application, flip the bottle with the dropper down and press on the bottom of the bottle to get the first drop out of the dropper. The bottle is now ready for use for subsequent applications.
(2) Maintain the overturned bottle by placing the thumb on the top of the bottle and the other fingers on the bottom of the bottle.
(3) Support with the free hand, the hand holding the bottle.
(4) Fold the head slightly backwards, press quickly and energetically on the bottom of the bottle. Thus the mechanism for the release of UNA drop is activated. Thanks to the special mechanism of valves of the Comod System, the size and velocity of exit of a drop are always the same, regardless of the applied pressure. Slowly close your eyes to allow the fluid to spread on the surface of the eye.
5) After use, immediately close the bottle with the cap, ensuring that there is no liquid residue on the dropper. During instillation avoid any contact between the dropper of the bottle with the eye or with the skin of the face. The Comod system on the market releases 10 ml of solution equivalent to about 300 drops. For technical reasons, a small amount of solution remains always in the bottle at the end of use. Hylo Care bottle should be used to treat a single person.
If you use any other colliery, wait at least 30 minutes in the application and always use Hylo Care last. Ophthalmic ointments, however, should always be applied after Hylo Care. Being free of preservatives, Hylo Care is well tolerated even in case of prolonged use. In very rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions were reported, such as burning or excessive tearing, which were resolved immediately after the interruption of Hylo Care. Hylo Care can also be applied while bringing contact lenses. To avoid any incompatibility reactions due to possible interactions between contact lens care products and Hylo Care is recommended, after the insertion of contact lenses, to wait about 30 minutes before instilling the colliery. Hylo Care can be used in paediatric age, pregnant and nursing.

Warnings
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to one of the components. Keep out of reach of children. Use Hylo Care according to your disorders and adhere to the instructions of your physician or pharmacist. Generally, you instill in each eye a drop of Hylo Care three times a day. If necessary, more frequent use is also allowed. In case of more frequent use of Hylo Care (e.g. more than 10 times a day), consult an ophthalmologist. Hylo Care is indicated for long-term treatment. As with all disorders, it is appropriate to consult an ophthalmologist if the ailments persist.

Conservation
Do not store at temperature above 25°C.
Hylo Care can be used for 6 months after opening.
Do not use after the expiry date.
Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
