Sterile solution of carbossimetilcellulose
Description
Medical device.
Sterile aqueous solution to 0.3% carbossimetilcellulose to be used on the eye tissues for its protective, eutrophic, moisturizing and lubricating action.
Thanks to the anti-oxidative and anti-radical properties of its components, the device protects the eye tissues (crystalline, cornea, conjunctiva) from the consequences of oxidative stress due to adverse environmental factors (mechanical stress from contact lenses, sunlight, smoke, dust, air conditioning, radiation from computers) and facilitates the restoration of natural epithelial trophism.
Perfectly transparent, mescible with water (and with the tear fluid) in all proportions, it does not form insoluble precipitates with metal salts or with organic residues possibly present in the tear fluid; has a pH and a value of osmolarity perfectly compatible with the eye tissue and lacrimal liquid and therefore has a high degree of tolerance.
Mode of use
Instill 1-2 drops of CLARASTILL solution in the lower conjunctive hole of the eye, exerting a slight pressure on the body of the bottle.
You can repeat the operation several times a day when necessary.
Components
Carbossimetilcellulose 0.3%, methyl hydroxybenzoate 0.030%, propile hydroxybenzoate 0.012%, glycerin, disodium edetate, N-acetylcarnosine, sodium chloride, sodium tetraborate, potassium bicarbonate, purified water.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children.
Given the absence of quaternary ammonium salts (benzalconio, cutrimide), the device can also be used by wearers of soft and rigid contact lenses.
Don't touch the eye with the tip of the bottle.
Do not use in case of eye infection.
Do not use drugs for external ophthalmic use.
Do not use in case of incompatibility notice to any component of the preparation.
Conservation
Store the bottle below 25 °C. After the first opening, store the bottle in the refrigerator at 2-8 °C.
The indicated expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging, properly preserved.
Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
Post-opening validation: 30 days.
