Mode of use
1. Wash and dry your hands carefully. To open, rotate the screw cap counter counterclockwise until you break the security seal. After opening the bottle for the first time, remove the safety ring.
2. Hold the bottle with the opening facing down and apply one or two drops per eye in the joint bag. The solution is distributed with the closure of the eyelids, forming and forming a transparent liquid layer on the eye surface.
3. After use, close the bottle with the cap. Alternatively, if you use the eye drops together with contact lenses, apply one or two drops on each of them before entering them on your eyes, instead of putting the eye drops directly into your eyes. Hylo-Vision HD Plus can also be applied while wearing contact lenses.

Components
Sodium hyaluronate (0.20%), lantoin, polyesanide (PHMB 0.00015%), sodium edetate (EDTA), sodium chloride, isotonic phosphate buffer, purified water.

Warnings
- Check the integrity of the bottle to ensure that the content is sterile.
- Do not use if the bottle is damaged.
- Do not use if the liquid is peat or has a coloring.
- Make sure the eye doesn't come in contact with the bottle, to avoid injury or infections.
- Do not touch the filling of the multidose container with other objects or parts of the body.
- In case of any kind of side effects, contact a specialist doctor.
- Do not use as the sole treatment of an eye infection.
- Do not use drugs or other products applied on the eye at the same time, since Hylo-Visio HD Plus can alter the effect.
- The same multidose container should not be used by multiple patients.
- Hylo-Vision HD Plus is not suitable as a storage liquid for contact lenses.
- Hylo-Vision HD Plus must be kept out of reach of children.
- The preparation should not be used after the expiry date indicated on the label and the folding box.
- Just for outside use.

Conservation
Store at temperatures between 5 °C and 25 °C.
Protect from frost and direct sunlight.
Post-opening validation: 90 days.
