INDICATIONS: CRYSTALLINE BLUE Eye Drops is a Medical Device for ophthalmic use consisting of a sterile solution, physiological pH, free of preservatives, including a dry extract of Perilla in combination with hyaluronic acid, high biocompatibility. The formula, thanks to the particular composition, is able to determine an antioxidant, refreshing and diluent action. Therefore CRYSTALLINE BLUE Eye Drops is indicated to alleviate roasting, dryness and eye fatigue caused by atmospheric and environmental agents such as powders, allergens and visual stress due to the use of the computer and/or excessive exposure to light or prolonged use of contact lenses. The instillation of eye drops before wearing contact lenses facilitates the application; moreover the instillation after the application makes it more comfortable to use, contrasting the sensation of dryness. CRYSTALLINE BLUE Eye Drops does not contain preservatives and is also indicated for frequent and prolonged use.

MODE FOR USE:
1. Break the safety seal of the bottle
2. Take the protective cap
3. Gently press the container body and instill 2/3 drops in each eye
4. After instillation immediately close the container and reuse the residual content within 3 months of opening
5. The product is monopathic

COMPOSITION: Perilla dry extract (titled in polyphenols ≥ 2.5%) 0.1%, sodium salt hyaluronic acid 0.1%, chloride sodium, anidro bibasic phosphate sodium, monobasic phosphate sodium, purified water q.b. 100 mL.

CONFECT: The package consists of 1 polydose bottle of 10 mL. The container is foldable.

WARNING: The product is only for ophthalmic use. Once opened, the container must be closed with the appropriate cap but the solution must be used within 3 months.
Before instillation check that there is no residue on the dispenser hole, if present clean with wet cloth and drop a drop before use. Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged or if the bottle is not perfectly intact. Keep away from the reach of children. Before opening the bottle for the administration of the drops it is indicated to carefully cleanse the hands.
During instillation do not touch the eye, or other surfaces, with the end of the bottle delivery. Do not use the product in case of known incompatibility to even one component of the formulation. If necessary, make sure that the eye drops are compatible with the contact lenses used. In case of disturbances during use suspend treatment and consult a doctor.
Any administration of drugs for ophthalmic use should be carried out at least 15 minutes away from the instillation of eye drops in particular if they are products containing benzalconio chloride, or other salts of quaternary ammonium, to avoid the precipitation of hyaluronic acid. The administration of drugs for ophthalmic use at the same time with eye drops should be carried out under control of the doctor who can assess the possible interactions.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging. Do not disperse the container in the environment after use. Store in a dry place, away from heat sources, and direct exposure to sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
