DESCRIPTION: Medical device, for ophthalmic use, consisting of a sterile solution, high biocompatibility, physiological pH and free of preservatives. Contains a Perilla extract and hyaluronic acid. For its composition, the Crystalline Blue Eye Drops formula is indicated to alleviate roasting, dryness and eye fatigue caused by atmospheric agents, environmental (powders, allergens) and visual stress (prolonged use of the computer and use of contact lenses, excessive exposure to light). It is also recommended for frequent and prolonged use. The instillation before wearing contact lenses facilitates the application while later makes it more comfortable to use.

COMPONENTS: Dry extract of perilla (titled in polyphenols ≥2,5%) 0.1%; hyaluronic acid salt sodium 0.1%; sodium chloride; sodium phosphate bibasic anidro; sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate; purified water q.b. 100 ml.

MODE OF USE: Open the aluminum protective envelope. Separate a single-dose vial from the bar of 5 vials. Rotate and break the vial cap. gently press the body of the monodose vial and instill 2 drops in each eye one or more times a day. After instillation immediately close the vial and reuse the residual content within the next 12 hours.

WARNING: The product is only for ophthalmic use. Once opened, the single-dose vial can be closed with the appropriate cap but the contained solution must be used within 12 hours. Do not use the product if the aluminum envelope is damaged or if the vials are not perfectly intact. Keep away from the reach of children. Before opening the vial for the administration of the drops carefully cleanse the hands. During instillation do not touch the eye, or other surfaces, with the extremity of supply of the vial. Do not use the product in case of known incompatibility or allergy to even one component of the formulation. If necessary, make sure that the eye drops are compatible with the contact lenses used. In case of disturbances during use suspend treatment and consult a doctor. Any administration of drugs for ophthalmic use should be carried out at least 15 minutes away from the instillation of eye drops in particular if they are products containing benzalconio chloride, or other salts of quaternary ammonium, to avoid the precipitation of hyaluronic acid. The administration of drugs for ophthalmic use at the same time with eye drops should be carried out under control of the doctor who can assess the possible interactions. Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging. Do not disperse the container in the environment after use.

CONSERVATION: Store in a dry place, away from heat sources, and direct exposure to sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
Post-opening validation: three months.

FORMED: The package consists of 2 butines of 5 single-dose wings each. The 0.5 ml monodose vial is rich.
