Description
Medical device CE, class IIa, based on hyaluronic acid, cyticoline and vitamin B12. OMK2 is an ophthalmic solution to 0.2% of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, obtained by biotechnological synthesis. Hyaluronic acid gives rise to mucomimetic, mucoadesive and viscoelastic solutions, useful to improve the stability of the lacrimal film, so as to maintain lubricated, hydrated and protected the eye surface. Moreover, hyaluronic acid-based solutions are able to establish a microenvironment favorable to eye surface repair processes in cases of damage to corneal and conjunctive epitheles. The presence of cyticoline in OMK2 gives a useful and favorable structural support in restoring the integrity of cell membranes damaged also by degenerative ophthalmic pathologies (e.g. glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy). Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) finally promotes the growth of the cells of the corneal epithelium, protects the cells from the action of free radicals and is an important element for maintaining a proper function of the eye surface.
The wet and protective properties of OMK2 give eye relief in the case of irritation, burning and foreign body sensation due to environmental factors or prolonged use of videoterminal. OMK2 indirectly favors the physiological processes of corneal reepitelization after eye surgery, laser or small abrasions of the corneal surface.

Mode of use
Instill 1 drop of OMK2 2-3 times a day, according to necessity.

Components
Hyaluronic acid; cyticoline salt sodium*; cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate; sodium phosphate bibasic dodecaidrate; sodium chloride; benzalconio chloride; water for injectable preparations.

Warnings
Do not use if the bottle is damaged. Do not use in case of incompatibility to any component of the preparation. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the package. Don't touch your eyes with the tip of the container. After administration, temporary visual blur may occur. It is therefore convenient to wait a few seconds before taking any activity that requires visual clarity. Allow you to spend 10-15 minutes after use before instilling drugs for external ophthalmic use. The product must be used within 30 days from the first opening of the bottle. Keep the preparation out of reach and sight of children. The product is only for external ophthalmic use. Do not disperse the bottle in the environment after use.

Conservation
Store at a temperature below 25°C.
Validity of packaging: 36 months.
Valid after the first opening: 1 month.
