Description
Sterile ophthalmic gel containing dexpantenol at 5%, useful to maintain hydration and protection of corneal epithelium. Dexpantenol is a derivative of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) that belongs to the vitamin complex of group B, and is an essential component for an epithelium that functions normally. The properties of dexpantenol allow the gel to bind the water forming a lubricating and moisturizing film on the eye surface, which prolongs the average break time of the tear film in patients with dry eye syndrome and other conditions involved in the dry eye.
The formulation contains carbomers, synthetic polymers with high molecular weight, which help to simulate the normal viscosity of tears.
It helps maintain hydration and eye protection.
It plays a role in protecting the eye surface in patients with lacrimal film alterations, giving rapid relief. It provides lasting relief in case of eye irritation, burning and feeling of foreign body caused by environmental factors such as wind, sun, dry air, salt water, smoke, intense light, air conditioning, heating, prolonged computer use or eye surgery, conjunctivitis or use of contact lenses.

Mode of use
Instill 1 drop per eye, one or more times a day or according to medical advice.

At first use it is necessary to remove the seal of security.
Remove the cap.
Turn the tube over the eye and apply a growing pressure until the drop out.
Close the tube with the cap.

Components
Main component: dexpantenol, 5%.
Other components: carbomer 980, cucumber, sodium edetate, sodium hydroxide, water for injectable preparations.

Warnings
- The product is only for external ophthalmic use.
- In case of eye irritation, stop using and consult a doctor.
- In rare cases, temporary visual obfuscation may occur due to the viscosity of the gel. It is therefore advisable to wait until the disappearance of the blurring before undertaking any activity that requires a clear vision.
- Avoid the dropper coming in contact with the eye or other objects.
- Reclose the tube well after use.
- The continuous use of Myrialen gel is for 30 days, if symptoms persist to consult your doctor.
- Do not wear contact lenses during product instillation. After administration wait at least 15 minutes before reapplying the lenses.
- In case of concomitant administration of topical ophthalmic products, wait at least 15 minutes between administration and administration. Myrialen gel must be instilled as the last product.
- Do not use the product if the tube or safety seal are damaged.
- Keep out of sight and reach of children.
- Don't ingest.
