Description
Lacricomplex is an ophthalmic solution lubricating, protective, moisturizing, soothing and antioxidant, containing GlicoPro, a multimolecular complex based on protein, sulphurous glycosaminoglycans and non sulphurized by a mucinic base consisting of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC). Glycosaminoglycans, in particular, constitute an important part of the glycocalic of the cell surface, and can represent ligands for many molecules as growth factors, cytokines, chemokines that modulate the inflammatory response. Lacricomplex therefore contains a triple mucinic component along with a mucoproteic component and a protein with lubricating, moisturizing, antioxidant and protective action that is useful in the treatment of eye dryness, also as a coadjuvant in the presence of irritation and inflammation caused by environmental conditions or mechanical stress. Lacricomplex also promotes the physiological repair processes at the corneal level and supports the restoration of the functionality of the corneal nerve endings, which decreases in the case of dry eye syndrome. The ophthalmic solution is contained in a technological bottle that avoids the use of preservatives in the product and allows an easy dispensing of the entire volume of liquid.
Lacricomplex, thanks to its lubricating, protective, moisturizing, soothing and antioxidant action of its components, allows to treat the symptoms of eye dryness, even as an adjuvant in the presence of irritation and inflammation caused by environmental conditions or mechanical stress. In addition, Lacricomplex is useful in promoting the physiological processes of corneal repair and supports the restoration of corneal nerve endings, altered during eye dryness.

Mode of use
Instill one or two drops in each eye 3-4 times a day or according to medical advice. The product can be used with contact lenses worn.

Components
GlicoPro 10%, HPMC 0.2%, boric acid 0.25%, tetraborate sodium 0.03%, chloride sodium 0.81%, purified water q.b. 100 ml.

Warnings
Wash your hands thoroughly before using the product.
Do not use in case of allergy and hypersensitivity known to the product components.
Don't touch the eye surface with the dropper.
Close the bottle well after use.
Do not use the product after the expiry date.
Administer the product at least 5 minutes before or after the administration of other products for topical ophthalmic use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use the product if the packaging appears damaged.
In case of adverse reactions interrupt use and contact a specialist.
Don't swallow.

Conservation
Store the product at temperature between 5 °C and 25 °C.
Validity of whole packaging: 20 months.
Post-opening validation: 60 days.
