Sterile Garza, impregnated with a lotion for daily hygiene of eyelids.
Specially indicated:
- in case of skin sensitivity, eyelids or eyes;
- to remove dust, pollen and eyelid secretions;
- in case of inflammation or infection of the eyelids such as blefaritis, dysfunction of the glands of Meibomy, orzaiol or calatium;
- to clean eyelids before ophthalmic procedures such as therapeutic injections in the eye (invigorating injections), refractive laser surgery (LASIK or PRK) and cataract intervention.
BLEPHACLEAN can also be used after surgery, under the control of the doctor or ophthalmologist.
BLEPHACLEAN respects the eyes and the bacterial flora present.
The product has been tested under ophthalmological control.
Dermatologically tested.

Mode of use
Before surgery to the eye, use twice a day for 5 days or according to the indications of the doctor or pharmacist.
In other cases, use twice a day and evening for 3 weeks and then once a day for 3 months or according to the doctor or pharmacist's instructions.
In chronic conditions of eyelids, use for continuous hygiene of long-term eyelids.
Special training is not required to use BLEPHACLEAN.
For contact lens holders: remove lenses before using BLEPHACLEAN.

Wash your hands thoroughly before using gauze. Strap to open the envelope (Figure 1) and explain the gauze inside; do not use any tool to open the envelope. Wrap the gauze around the top of the index. Keeping the eye closed, gently rub the gauze on the eyelids and the base of the eyelashes (Figure 2). Carefully massage the eyelids with small circular movements, gently removing crusts, secretions or make-up. In front of a mirror, gently pull down the lower eyelid with the other hand, then carefully rub the lower edge of the eyelids with a gauze wrapped to the finger. Repeat on the other eye, using a new gauze. It is not necessary to rinse after the use of BLEPHACLEAN garze.

Components
Capriloil glycine, sodium hyaluronate, PEG-8, 184, polysorbate 20, extract of Asian Centella in propylene glycol (propylene glycol, extract of Asian Centella and water), complex for the regulation of sebum without preservative [glicole propilenico, estratto di radice di iris, zinco solfato, PPG-5 cetet 20 e retinil palmitato (vitamina A), alcool e acqua], PEG-6 capril/caprinic glycerides (e.g. macrogol 6 glycerol caprilcaprinated), phosphate dipotassium, hydroxide sodium, hydrogen phosphate potassium, purified water.

Warnings
Keep away from the sight and reach of children.
Use only on the skin, do not enter directly into the eyes. Avoid getting BLEPHACLEAN into the eyes; it could cause a burning sensation. In this case, rinse with sterile water or saline solution.
Check that the package is integrated before the first use: use only if the envelope is not open.
Do not use any gauze more than once, as it may not work as well and may cause contamination.
You must contact a health care professional if the symptoms worsen or do not improve.
Do not use BLEPHACLEAN if you are allergic to one of its components.
In the absence of sufficient data, do not use BLEPHACLEAN pregnant or breastfeeding without a prescription.
Possible side effects: burning or itching sensation for a few minutes after use, redness or swelling of the eyelids, allergic reactions. In such cases, contact lens carriers must remove contact lenses. If you notice unusual side effects or sensations after using this product, contact a healthcare provider and report information to the local distributor, manufacturer or local health authority.

Conservation
Store at temperature between 8 °C and 25 °C. Do not expose the product to direct light and moisture.
Throw the gauze immediately after use.
Do not use after the expiration date, which is reported on the envelope and on the external packaging.
The expiry date refers to the last day of that month, as long as the package is integrated and has been preserved correctly.
