Description
Simple and effective system to collect urine samples from cats.
Catrine Pearl Litter does not absorb urine unlike normal sand for cats.

Mode of use
Empty the normal sand contained in the cat's litter and wash it thoroughly, rinse with abundant lukewarm water, to eliminate all residues.
Dry the litter and pour Catrine litter in pearls, using the whole package. Reposition the litter in its position.

When the cat urinates in the litter, the sample must be collected as follows:
1. Tilt the litter and insert the pipette tip into the urine (the pipette tip must touch the bottom of the litter).
2. Suction as much liquid as possible and transfer it to the plastic tube. Close the test tube and mark your cat information (e.g. name, date of birth and name of the owner).

The urine should be collected and delivered to the veterinarian as soon as possible (if the cat defecato before urinating, the feces must be removed immediately to avoid contaminating the urine).
If it is not possible to deliver it immediately to your veterinarian, the sample should be stored in the refrigerator – but for the least time possible.
