Gyno-Canestestest
Vaginal autotest

Description
Gyno-Canestest is an autodiagnostic test for use by women with abnormal vaginal symptoms such as aid in the diagnosis of the cause.
Helps diagnose common vaginal infections
and to select the correct treatment.
For a conscious treatment.
- Clinically tested with a precision of more than 90%.
- Immediate test with results in seconds.
- Easy to read.
The normal pH of the vagina (the pH is an acidity indicator) may vary from 3.5 to 4.5. Bacterial vaginosis and trichomonas infections, as well as non-infective type causes (including estrogen deficiency or menopause) cause increased vaginal pH.
With a color change on the yellow tip of the tampon, Gyno-Canestest indicates whether the pH of the vaginal secretions is normal or high.
A positive test (blue/green color change) indicates a high level of vaginal pH.
A negative test (no color change) indicates a normal vaginal pH.

Mode of use
1. Discard the single Gyno-Canestest (tampone).
2. Make sure the tip of the tampon does not get in touch with any object before introducing it into the vagina entrance.
3. Keep the Gyno-Canestest with your fingers on the pad support.
4. Separate the extreme skin to expose the vagina.
5. Gently introduce the yellow tip of the Gyno-Canestestest until the fingers reach the outer skin of the vagina (about 5 cm in the vagina) and rotate the tampon several times. Do not touch the entrance of the vagina.
6. Extract Gyno-Canestest from the vagina. Avoid carefully that the tip comes into contact with any object and verify that it has collected a visible amount of secretions.
7. Wait 10 seconds. Check the tip of the Gyno-Canestest for the presence of color changes from yellow to blue or green. Caution: If blood stains appear on Gyno-Canestest, ignore the results and consult your doctor.
8. Throw the Gyno-Canestest after use as with any other product for female hygiene after checking results. Don't throw it in the toilet.

Reading results
Change of color to blue or green (positive result):

if after 10 seconds the tip becomes blue or green, with great probability this indicates the presence of a bacterial infection or trichomonas.
Latiginous fluid loss (dense) of white-gray color with fish smell can indicate a bacterial vaginosis infection. You can consult your doctor or pharmacist for treatment information.
Yellow-green and foamy losses (spumose) associated with bad smells and painful urination may indicate tricomoniasis. In this case, consult your doctor.
In case of doubt, consult your doctor or other health care provider for information.
A blue or green partial sign on the yellow indicator on the tip of the buffer is to be considered a positive result.
Important: if the tip colores blue or green in the presence of a pregnancy, this may indicate a loss of amniotic fluid. Consult your doctor immediately.
No color change/flash remains yellow (negative result): if you spend 10 seconds the tip does not color, the probability of having a bacterial infection or trichomonas is low. White, thick, similar to fresh cheese (rich) without unpleasant odors can indicate a vaginal yeast infection, known as candidiasis. Consider using bench vaginal products such as antifungal.
