Description
Gynaecological cream indicated in the mycotic affections by candida albicans, relieves irritations and itching and restores the physiological pH and the ecosystem of the vaginal mucosa.
-Tea tree essential oil: alters the functions and structure of the bacterial and fungal plasma membrane, predisposing the denaturation of the microorganism and implementing antibacterial and antifungal action, in particular against candida albicans and candida glabrata.
-Essential oil of lavender: antimicrobial action, useful to attenuate any unpleasant odors that may occur in case of bacterial infections.
-Ratania: used in case of infection and injury to the oral cable. Neolignani and norlignani contained in the extract are able to effectively inhibit the proliferation of fungi and bacteria. In addition, lignani derivatives have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities, useful to counter inflammatory and oxidative phenomena that characterize fungal infection.
-Hyaluronic acid with high molecular weight: natural polysaccharide that, thanks to its hygroscopicity, manages to form a gel consisting of filming and protective action, in order to hydrate, soothe and lubricate the mucosa, as well as favor its correct re-epitelization. Hyaluronic acid, moreover, generating a barrier effect towards the harmful activity of pathogens, hinders its adherence to epithelium and prevents hyperproliferation.
-Lactic acid: It has the ability to maintain the vaginal pH around acidity values between pH 4,0 and 4.5, so as to adversely affect the survival of pathogens that attack the mucosa and instead promote the activity of bacteria that physiologically inhabit the vaginal environment.
-Zanthalene: it is able to inhibit the transmission of the pain impulse through the neuro-muscular junction, blocking the synaptic joint, with a strong antiprurite action, useful in case of vaginal infections of mycotic origin.
-Calendula: it has anti-inflammatory activity attributable to the presence of triterpenes, in particular pharaoh and its derivatives, while the healing action is ascribable to the ability of the extract of calendula to promote the production of granulation tissue and to promote the increase of the production of collagen, favoring the normal hydration and re-epitelization of the mucosa.
-Bisabolol: active ingredient obtained by distillation of essential chamomile oil; is mainly used for its soothing action as it has the ability to inhibit and calm the redness due to skin irritations, but it is also equipped with a good antiflogistic action.
-18-beta glycirretic acid: it is a triterpene that is extracted from the root of licorice. Used topically, it acts as an anti-inflammatory due to its ability to prolong the normal activity of cortisol, an endogenous substance that is released following a phlegistic stimulus, in order to counteract the inflammatory state.
