Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, chamomile, melissa and magnesium. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. Melissa and chamomile are useful for relaxation. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Charge officer: sorbitol; magnesium citrate, melissa (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf e.s. tit. 0.8% in rosemary acid, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower e.s. tit. 0.3% in apigenine; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; aroma, magnesium oxide; stabilizer: xanthan rubber; eulcorant: sucralose; melatonin.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet just before bed, dissolved in 150ml of warm water (or warm if you prefer).

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under the age of three. Contains polyols, excessive consumption can have laxative effects. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place away from heat and moisture sources. The date of end of validity refers to the correctly preserved product, in an integral package.
