Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. To sleep, the beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. In order to alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is achieved with the intake just before bedtime of a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place. The minimum term of storage refers to the correctly stored product, in a package.
