Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, plant extracts of lavender and passiflora and vitamin B6.
The external capsule contains lavender that promotes relaxation and sleep.
The internal capsule contains melatonin, which helps to reduce the time required for addorment*, and passiflora that contributes to relaxation and promotes sleep quality.
*For the reduction of time required to take sleep, the beneficial effects are obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

Ingredients
Carthamus tinctorium L., passiflora e.s. (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial parts), jelly fish, o.e. of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill., aetheroleum); coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464); pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); gelling agent: gelling rubber (E418); melatonin; dye: chlorofilline complex with copper (E141).

Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.

Mode of use
Oral use. 1 capsule "2 in 1" per day, an hour before going to sleep.
