Description
Food supplement based on Melatonin (1 mg), Triptophan (75 mg) and Vitamin B6 (0.85 mg). Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg, just before bedtime. Vitamin B6, in addition to contributing to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function, is indicated to promote the reduction of fatigue and fatigue.
It promotes natural sleep and fights the effects of jet lag.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day of Melatonina Dream Expert just before bedtime.
