Description
Food supplement of amino acids and melatonin. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.

Ingredients
Charging agents: microcrystalline cellulose; lactose, adenosine, glycine, melatonin (0,63%); antiagglomerants: oxidized starch, magnesium salts of stearic acid, silicon dioxide.

Mode of use
Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet, half an hour before bed, to swallow with little water.
