Description
Food supplement based on dry extracts of passiflora, valerian, melissa, hawthorn and melatonin.
Passflora and valerian favour relaxation and sleep. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to take sleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag. For the reduction of time required to take sleep the beneficial effects are obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
To alleviate the effects of jet lag the beneficial effect is achieved by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Ingredients
Total agent of coating: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, calcium carbonate (E170), obtained starch and sodium (E1450), carragenine (E407), potassium acetate (E261); valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract (minated 0,42% in valerenic acids), melix; charging agents: dicalcium phosphate; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; aroma, melatonin.

Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.
