Food supplement with melatonin and essential oil of melissa. Melatonin regulates sleep, the melissa has a relaxing and relaxing action.
Melatonin is a substance naturally produced by our body to reduce the time needed to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, 1 mg melatonin). Sublingual administration ensures faster absorption and greater bioavailability.
It may be useful in case of difficulty sleeping. It also helps overcome jet lag disorders.
Citrus taste. Pained with steviol glycosides extracted from the stevia. Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Charging agents: mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-agglomerating agents: reticulated sodium carbossimetilcellulose, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; maize starch, melatonin, melissa (melissa officinalis L.) essential oil, lemon (citrus limon (L.) Osbeck) essential oil; eulcorant: siek glycosides.

Without gluten and lactose.

Mode of use
Dissolve a tablet under the tongue, in the evening just before bedtime.
To reduce the time needed to sleep the beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to sleep. For jet-lag the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin just before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Warnings
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.

Conservation
Store at room temperature, in a cool and dry place sheltered from light, localized heat sources and solar rays and avoid contact with water.
Validity of packaging: 36 months.
