Ingredients
Valerian dry extract 0.8% valerenic acids 75 mg, passiflora dry extract 2% vitexin 50 mg, dry extract 0.2% protopine 50 mg, melatonin.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the evening, an hour before bedtime.
