Melatonin-based supplement.
Melatonin is a substance naturally produced by the body that regulates sleep-wake cycles. The intake just before bedtime of 1 mg of melatonin, contributes to the reduction of the time required to take sleep.
Take at least 0.5 mg of melatonin before bedtime, the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination, helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag.
Also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients
Charging agents: calcium dibasic phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; thickener: reticulated sodium carbossimetilcellulose; antiagglomerating: magnesium stearate vegetable; melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxytriptamine).

Conservation
