Water, lemonade (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves e.g., melissa (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves e.s. tit. 2% rosemary acid, melatonin, aroma; acidity concealer: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; thickener: xanthan gum.

Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 5 drops, 30 minutes before bedtime it recommends to take 5 drops such as or diluted in water, milk or other drink in the evening just before bedtime.
