Blue Time Supplement for sleep of melatonin, zinc and selenium 60 tablets

Blue Time Melatonin Zinco Selenio is a Melatonin based supplement, specially formulated to contribute to the reduction of the time required to take sleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, just before bedtime, 1mg melatonin) and relieving the effects of jet leg (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, just before bedtime, at least 0.5mg on the first day of travel and for some days). This product is also enriched in Zinc and Selenium that contribute to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Mode of use

It is recommended to take a tablet a day, in the evening, about half an hour before bedtime.

Charge officer: Microcrystalline cellulose; Zinc gluconate; Edulcorante: Mannitolo; L-Seleniomethionine; Stabilizing: Polyvinylpyrrolidone; Antiagglomerating agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids: Melatonin.

Conservation

The date of end of validity refers to the product stored in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C, sheltered from light and away from heat sources.
